Supporting the Oxford Centre
The Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies is dependent on public subscription and grants and receives no financial support from the Government or University funds.
As a Friend of OCHS your support helps The Centre to provide for needs such as:
- Developing a systematic and coordinated approach in Hindu scholarship, relevant to both the academic and Hindu communities
- Maintaining the highest standards of scholarly research in Hindu studies
- Facilitating young Hindu involvement in the scholarly study of their tradition
- Analysing and interpreting the various influences on Hindu identity
- Linking academic scholarship to the living tradition within the community
- Promoting balanced programmes of education, research and
publishing, filling a gap in current Hindu cultural and
educational activities

Donating Funds to the OCHS
OCHS is happy to recieve donations from individuals, companies, organisations and foundations.
